Join Lyle and Jaimie for an introduction to the Acro Yoga practice. We will be going over the fundamental aspects of AY to find strength in structured partnership. Acro Yoga is a dynamic blend of acrobatics and mindfulness, helping us to find a fun, moving meditation. We will be exploring the acrobatic Solar side of the practice as well as the more therapeutic Lunar flying that helps to promote recovery.
No prior experience necessary! Modifications will be available for all levels of experience and flexibility. Come by yourself or with friends!
