Lyle Mitchell

Yoga / Slacklining / Trail Running


Lyle began practicing yoga in 2009, exploring many different styles in his journey to teaching a mindfully aligned vinyasa practice. He was introduced to the worlds of slackline and acro yoga in August of 2012 and was immediately hooked. He completed his YogaSlackers teacher training in June of 2013, as well as additional acro training through multiple Solar immersions, workshops and training camps. Lyle completed his 230 hour Yoga Teachers Training at Asheville Yoga Center.

Lyle is an avid ultra distance trail runner and single speed mountain biker (read: masochist) and he loves to hang out with his girlfriend and their Australian Cattle Dog, Millie. He also enjoys swinging kettlebells, slacklining, playing chess and brewing coffee. He currently calls Asheville, NC home and also loves to hit the road for adventure whenever possible, amidst his busy school and work schedule.
